I am a licensed Psychotherapist (LPCC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply empathetic, firmly rooted in person-centered therapy. I began my career working in community mental health settings and later developed a specialization in crisis counseling, gaining valuable experience in helping individuals navigate difficult moments.

My goal is to provide unwavering support to you, no matter what challenges, concerns, or personal goals you bring to our work together. Whether you are seeking to explore your inner world more deeply in order to find greater joy, resilience, and vitality, or you are facing serious mental health difficulties, I am here to guide, support, and walk alongside you every step of the way.I deeply believe we all have the answers we seek within ourselves.

I see my role as a counselor, as a co-collaborator here to help you re-connect you with your own source of strength, truth, and light. Helping you to remove any blocks that may be preventing you from living your most authentic and best life.
